Laser Cutting, Etching + Contouring +

We are expanding our services with our in house 2KW fiber laser cutting machine. It’s capable of cutting 60” x 120” sheets of: mild steel up to 5/8”, stainless steel up to 5/16”, aluminum up to 1/4”, and brass/copper up to 3/16”.

solidworks 3D / CAD Design +

Our talented in house designers can turn your design into a detailed, dimensioned drawing. See your idea in 3D to ensure accuracy and eliminate fabrication issues later on.

Metal Works +

Cutting: Our saw is capable of cutting metal up to 18 inches wide by 16 inches high.

Shearing: Our equipment is capable of accurately sheering sheets up to a maximum size of 14 feet by ¼ inch thick.

Rolling: Our rollers can handle material up to 6 feet by ¼ inch in dimensions.

Braking: Our 225 ton CNC break press ensures consistent dimensions are met and has the capacity for sheets up to 12 feet long.

Polishing Services +

Our talented team can polish stainless steel to meet pharmaceutical and food grade industry standards.

Delivery + On site work +

Our 20 foot flatbed is available to our customers for product pick up and deliveries. We also can arrange freight services on your behalf.

Transport Trailer Repair + Modifications +

Crash plates, E-tracking, bumper repairs, and trailer shortening. We can repair and modify your fleet as required with our dedicated service bay.
